Our Founder
20 years of operational leadership — now working for you.
Our founder brings over 20 years of operational leadership across the U.S. Military, Department of Defense, and the Department of Veterans Affairs — with deep experience spanning federal service, healthcare operations, technology, and SaaS. She has held Director of Operations roles across multiple sectors, leading teams and driving results in some of the most complex organizations in the country.
As a small business owner herself, she knows firsthand what it feels like to have big goals and limited bandwidth — and to need real, practical guidance rather than a 200-page report that sits on a shelf.
